The use
of gemstones as vehicles for healing and for use
in massage is nothing new. Many cultures and
religions have bestowed magical powers and
reverence upon crystals and gemstones.
They are
seen as healing because they come from the earth
and are infused with planetary energy. Each
stone is
unique in shape, colour, size and derivation and
is believed to carry its own energetic
vibration. According to some teachings, living
things are a continuous flow of life force. In
the natural course of living, this energy can
become blocked. Blockages cause physical, mental
and emotional distress. Crystal gemstones can
help unblock the flow of life force through the
chakras and wearing a necklace with each
corresponding gemstone is a good way to keep the
chakras healthy.

Hematite is known as a "stone for the mind". It
brings mental organization and is very grounding
and calming. It helps with original, logical and
mathematic thinking. It decreases negativity and
can help balance the body/mind/spirit.
Physically it has been used to keep the body
cool, to decrease blood disorders, nervous
problems and insomnia, as well as align the
spine and mend broken bones. Hematite is good at
grounding out excess energy and acting as a
stabilizing force.
Mystical Properties of Pearls
Pearls attune the wearer to ebb and flow of
life. They give purity and promote faith,
charity, and integrity. They help one connect
with the Goddess, the ultimate feminine energy.
Pearls have been used to treat disorders of the
digestive tract and muscular systems, as well as
to aid fertility and to ease childbirth.

Before
wearing crystals they should be cleansed to rid
