These salts are particularly beneficial in alleivating dry skin conditions as well as acting as a natural exfoliant, remarkably improving skin texture. The wonderful relaxing sensation is caused by the natural bromides, and the natural occurence of magnesium and potassium helps soothe away aches and pains.
Concentrated Use:
For Dry skin conditions and aching joints, add contents to a luke warm bath. Soak for about 20 minutes. Repeat 3 times a week.Relaxation and skin toning:
Add a handful or two to a warm bath.Aching hands & feet:
Add contents to 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of warm water. Re-use solution for up to 2 weeks by re-heating. Soak daily for 20 minutes, then rinse.

i purchased these bath salts at the recommendation from my sister as i suffer with severe eczema on my hands and slight eczema on my arms and legs.I have had many steriod creams from my GP which have not been as easy to use with such an instant improvement.They have been fantastic from first use, i have had a dramatic improvement in my condition. I am now bathing my 7 year old with them as she has very mild dry skin all over.She has seen the benefits also.
