The Meditation Center uses three sound technologies for brainwave synchronization: Binaural, Monaural and Isochronic.
These sound technologies are well-known and studied. They induce both meditative and hypnotic states naturally without any effort on your part. They are a good way for the beginner to experience meditation. You can then learn how to reach meditative states more quickly and easily.
They are also useful for you if you do meditate as they enable you to reach a deeper meditative state very quickly. However these downloads do not use the deeper levels as you need to progress slowly into the deeper meditative states over time.

You will need a pair of head phones to listen to these meditations. The brainwave entrainment system works by transmitting slightly different beats or tones into each ear to produce its effect. You will find them very relaxing to listen to without headphones but you will not benefit from the real purpose of the recordings which is to make positive affirmations to you while you are in the correct meditative state to influence your subconscious mind.
